Stamping & Drawing Lubricants

We offer a series of stamping & drawing lubricants (QUALIJOTH PL – 60, 80, 100, 120) which are formulated with high quality specially selected process oils & high quality extreme pressure additives. The film formed will protect the sample piece & tool from wear & tear during stamping operation. The film formed will protect the piece from rusting for about 10 – 15 days indoor protection. Our series is used for mild to moderate pressure application.

Rust Preventive Solvent Based Lubricants

We offer solvent based lubricants Qualicoat 2028 which is a non-emulsifier, non-staining and water displaying rust preventive solvent based lubricants. QUALICOAT -2028 is a blend of specially selected corrosion inhibitors including Barium Soap and specially selected Oxidized Wax- Fraction to get required water displacement. It is a effective water displacing non staining Rust Preventive which will not emulsify even in the presence of alkali.
