We supply qualimol 18, which is a high performance emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor for water miscible cutting fluids for metalworking. Qualimol 18 is a combination of anionic & nonionic Emulsifier & Corrosion inhibitor with extra performance additives. It also acts as a high performance Emulsifier & Corrosion inhibitor for both Paraffinic & Napthenic Base oil. It produces stable and extra performance additives which offer excellent corrosion resistance.

APPLICATION

“Qualimol-18” is a high performance Emulsifier & Corrosion inhibitor for both Paraffinic & Napthenic Base oil. The extra performance additives that the Emulsion produced are extremely stable & give excellent corrosion protection.

Storage And Handling “Qualimol – 18” should not be allowed to freeze bellow 5 degree C. All containers should be kept closed & should be protected from direct Sunlight.

QULITEX-KOE is a 100% active product formulated from combination of different bio degradable emulsifiers & incorporated with anti oxidant additive system. It has got excellent lubrication properties & is stable at high temperature.
