We offer polymer additives which are of four types such as non polar polyethylene wax, one pack lubricant system, synthetic wax and fatty bisamide wax. Specifications and applications of are products are as follows:

Polyethylene Wax Item Code: Qualiwax-QD
We formulate non-polar Polyethylene Wax. Suitable for poly olefin, master batches & rigid PVC pipe extrusion to improve pigment dispersion. Our polyethylene wax is efficient external lubricant for PVC extruded products like pipes, profiles and others. Qualiwax QD also controls fusion and imparts smooth glossy finish to end products. One Pack Lubricant System Item Code: Qualiwax-KT-25
We supply superior quality qualiwax KT 25 which is widely used as a polymer additive. KT 25 is widely used for RPVC extrusion of pipes, conduits and profiles. This is also suitable for ISI/pressure (Containing 8-10 phr. Filler) & Commercial, non pressure (Containing 25-50 phr filler) grade RPVC pipes. Further, it does not require any acids during applications. Some of the salient features of KT25 wax are as follows:

- Minimizes manual errors & handling
- Non Yellowing of Pipe due to higher oven heat stability of QUALIWAX- KT 25.

Synthetic Wax Item Code: Qualisol-OP
Capitalizing on our sophisticated manufacturing facility we are able to formulate and supply qualitative polymer additives. Our qualisol OP are widely used for PVC compounds, Rigid PVC Pipes, Fitting, Conduits, Rigid & Flexible PVC Film, Sheets, PVC Bottles, Containers and PVC Profiles, Sections. QUALISOL-OP is a waxy external lubricant useful for rigid PVC as well as flexible PVC compounding and processing. It is generally used in combination with internal lubricants like Amisol.

Various Applications
- RIGID PVC: External Lubricant, Improves Flow, Ant blocking Agent, Does not affect clarity of PVC films / sheets. USE LEVEL: 0.1 TO 2.0 phr.
- PLASTICIZED PVC: External Lubricant, Improves release properties, excellent anti block & slip properties. USE LEVEL: 0.2 TO 2 phr.
- POLYOLEFINS: Good release effect on rolls & moulds in case of PE/VAC co polymers. Flow Improver & mould release agent for filled PP/PE Compounds.
- POLYAMIDE / NYLON: Mould release agent, Improves surface finish.
- ABS/POLYSTYRENE: Improves flow & mould release properties. USE LEVEL: For ABS QUALIWAX C can be used up to 2phr.
- QUALIWAX- C works as an internal mould Release agent in injection molding at 0.1 to 1.0phr.
