Qualinol Super N

“Qualinol Super N” is an anionic surface active agent with excellent wetting, penetrating & detergent characteristics. The aqueous solution of QUALINOL SUPER N though soap like in character, forms an excellent, forms an excellent lather & has a greater cleaning action than soap.

Applications: Qualinol Super N is an anionic surface active agent with excellent wetting, penetrating and detergent characteristics. The aqueous solution of Qualinol Super N through soap like character, forms an excellent and permanent lather and has greater cleaning action than soap. It is stable in hard water and when hard water is used goods can be washed off completely without disposition of limesoaps unlike soap, qualinol super n has no felting properties.

PRETREATMENT OF CELLULOSIC FABRICSIn desizing, scouring & bleaching of cellulosic, wool, synthetic & their blends, QUALINOL SUPER N is used either 0.5 to 2.0% (owf) or 1‐3 g/lit. depending upon the machinery, Conditions & fabrics quality.

DYEING For soaping of dyed fabrics, QUALINOL SUPER N is used at 3‐5 g/lit. in the soaping baths along with 5 g/lit. soda ash.

QUALINOL SUPER N, is also recommended for other industries:

Fertilizers, insecticidal & herbicidal sprays, fruit & vegetable washing, dairy cleaning & laundry industry.
Metal processes & in paper industry as an additive to decrease the overall pulping cycle.
In the paint industry for water based paints and stripping baths.
In Leather Industries Economical wetting agent for both chrome tanned and vegetable tanned leathers.
