“Qualisynth 2000”is an oil free fully synthetic type coolant making it ideally suited for modern grinding techniques. The solution formed is fully clear, alkaline in character and has quite remarkable anti?]rust properties. Also the clarity of solutions is well maintained in continuous service on a grinding machine. Since the solution remains completely homogenous in service, there is no trace of wheel loading.

Applications: is recommended for grinding operation of ferrous metal, high nickel and titanium alloys only. It is ideal for grinding open grain cast irons which tends to rust quickly after being machined. Concentrated mixtures of the product offer no production advantage and may lead to paint peel off in the machines and some discoloration of the operators’ skin. To ensure maximum service, this coolant should be used only in clean circulating system.
