DESCRIPTION: Qualisynth 2000 is an oil free fully synthetic type coolant making it ideally suited for modern grinding techniques. The solution formed is fully clear, alkaline in character and has quite remarkable anti-rust properties. Also the clarity of solutions is well maintained in continuous service on a grinding machine. Since the solution remains completely homogenous in service, there is no trace of wheel loading.

APPLICATION:

Qualisynth 2000 is recommended for grinding operation of ferrous metal, high nickel and titanium alloys only. It is ideal for grinding open grain cast irons which tends to rust quickly after being machined. Concentrated mixtures of the product offer no production advantage and may lead to paint peel off in the machines and some discoloration of the operators skin. To ensure maximum service, this coolant should be used only in clean circulating system.

DESCRIPTION: Qualisynth 4000 is a synthetic type coolant intended for use on ferrous metals and its chemical formula is angled to overcome any difficulties in the cutting and grinding of cast iron with soluble media. A reliable small amount of EP additives is present so that a high surface finish can be achieved.

APPLICATION:-

Qualisynth 4000 is ideally suited for machining and grinding of cast iron. They are the right choice for production grinding where wheel grains must cut continuously without any trace of burn marks. This product can be used for light duty machining operations.
